Our family-owned and operated health club is located in Downtown Abbotsford. At our central location, we have state-of-the-art fitness equipment throughout four separate training studios. We pride ourselves in presenting a clean and comfortable atmosphere that is welcoming to the deconditioned or sedentary individual as well as the physically elite.

We’ve carefully assembled our team with some of the most approachable and skilled fitness professionals around. Our specialists (or personal trainers, if you will) are university-educated in the study of human movement and they have accreditations with the leading organizations in the field of fitness. They also have thousands of hours of practical experience working with all ages and ability levels.

After thoroughly assessing each of our clients specific needs, we design personalized training programs for all fitness levels using the most effective and proven techniques available.

None of this stuff above really matters. You could spend 50 years going to school to become a fitness sorcerer and you could have a billion dollar gym, but if you didn’t produce positive results for your clients, you’d be useless as a personal trainer. Getting real results and helping people make progress are what matter. The rest is secondary.

Over the last 18 years, we’ve worked successfully with all types of wellness and performance related goals with well over 1,000 individuals from throughout the Fraser Valley. STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
STEP 1 - Book your assessment. During your assessment, we'll look for weaknesses and imbalances in your body and we'll determine the best way to help you reach your goals. Using this info, we'll design a progressive exercise program that is customized to your specific needs.
STEP 2 - Set a schedule. Choose which personal training package you'd like to start with and from there, if your schedule allows it, we'll set you up with regular weekly appointments.
STEP 3 - Be consistent. What you get out of this depends on what you put into it. So make sure to show up consistently. Once you're here, one of our specialists will always be with you to guide you through the process.
