FUNCTIONAL YOGA FOR HEALTHY AGING
with Milan
This gentle, anatomy-informed yoga class is designed to support the changing needs of the body as we age. Drawing on her experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Milan takes a mindful approach to movement, with a focus on improving balance, mobility, strength, and body awareness. Classes explore the relationship between the left and right sides of the body, while gently addressing common imbalances related to injuries, weakness, or limited mobility. Each practice is adapted to the individual, creating space to work with your body as it is and encourage greater ease, stability, and confidence in movement.

MEDITATION
with Cheema
Our technique-based meditation classes take place in a group format. Our goal is to help you experience and understand the benefits of meditation from both a scientific and spiritual perspective. Skepticism is always welcome. Our classes are very easy-going and are taught in a non-religious context. At the start of the session, we'll offer suggestions to help guide you, but you are ultimately in control of your experience.
You can sit in any position during the meditation session. The full class runs for 60 minutes and your comfort is important. You are welcome to bring a pillow, blanket, or yoga mat. Our intention is to provide you with the ability and understanding to practice more effectively on your own by using distractions to go deeper into meditation. Whether you've never tried it or you've been doing it your whole life, please join us. Our classes are suitable for everyone.
